Home for the Holidays – Brentwood Family Portrait Photography
Home shoots are the best!  And yes, this is winter in California…you can wear shorts and dresses…why would anyone leave?  (see writing at end of post)

Brooklyn is calling! Â I will be in New York from the end of January until April. Â Trading this temperate California winter for an icebox, am I nuts? Â Will I survive? Â Only time will tell…

Green Thunder – Soccer Game Photography in Los Angeles
This was my first time capturing a soccer game and I absolutely loved it!  The intensity and focus of these girls was so inspiring, it reminded me of my soccer days and that one time I was hit so hard in the face by the ball that I thought my nose didn’t exist anymore.  Luckily everyone kept their noses in this game.

Zocumentary – Day in the Life Documentary Family Session in Los Angeles
I have been so very eager to share this day in the life session! Â Today is the day!
Heidi and and her son Zoli allowed me into their home for a day to capture their typical routines, their moments together that usually go unseen by the outside world. Â These moments are oh so precious and fleeting, it is a dream come true for me to do this type of meaningful documentation.

Bubblemania!
I was invited to document Colin’s 2nd birthday last weekend (the cutie that can’t keep his eyes off the magic bubble solution below).  It was my first time encountering this type of entertainment at a kid’s birthday party and, let me tell ya, I’m sold.  It was even hard for me to keep my eyes off the bubbles and in my camera.  Here is their website if any LA parents are interested –
